Vancouver, Pt. 1 ♡
I had a wonderful time in Canada. The people were nice, the sights were beautiful, the food was delicious. Even the weather was great even though there were a few cloudy and rainy days.
Every day was perfect.
Then we went to Vancouver.
Even though ate doesn’t like Vancouver very much, she and her husband took me there and we stayed for three days because I wanted to visit at least once.
On the first day, we went to Capilano Suspension Bridge. It was a wide park with a fun bridge to cross and many walking trails. I love being in nature, so I had a lot of fun there.
The next day, ate and her husband drove to Seattle (she really didn’t want to spend time in Vancouver 😆), so I went around on my own for the first time!
I like exploring a new place by public transportation, so it was exciting for me to take the train and bus on my own. 😆
Years ago, one of my younger sisters studied in the University of British Columbia for a few months as an exchange student. It’s a special place for her, so I went there and spent some time going around and visiting the library and the commons, which were her favorite places.
“They have sofas in the library and you can sleep there!” She said in her message. 😂 So cute. 😆
After that, ate and her husband took me to a Japanese restaurant because she wanted me to compare their food with the food back here. 😆
Some of the sushi we had wasn’t so different from sushi here, but the vegetarian sushi was quite different!
I really liked them though. 😆 Even ate and her husband, who love meat, really liked the sushi rolls with pickled cucumber. 😁
