AWARDS 2024, Part II
Last week, for the second time, my students did the very first listening exercise that they did last year.
Even though I challenge them to try to get a higher score than last year (to make it more exciting 😆), the main goal of the listening exercise is to help improve their listening skill, so I don’t usually care what score they get.
By comparing their answers and how they wrote their answers last year to their answers this year, we can see how much they’ve improved even though their scores don’t improve much. It’s great and I’m always proud to see them improve.
Their improvements are more important than their score, but this award is to acknowledge the students who got much higher scores than last year.
