Inspirational Sayings and Proverbs I
Yesterday a student returned her reading homework last week, which was a book entitled “Inspirational Sayings and Proverbs”. She showed me the sayings she agreed with or liked, and I decided to choose the sayings I like and write about them.
The first group of sayings are about success, and the first saying I like and have believed in for a long time is the second one, which says: “Where there’s a will, there’s a way.”
There are things that some people can’t do no matter what they do because of limitations (physically, mentally, etc.). But I think when something can be done then it will be done through effort, action, and determination. I think if a person surrenders because he/she thinks something cannot be done when it can, then that person just doesn’t have enough determination to get to the goal.
